About the exam:
The GRE General Test is currently a computer-based test offered at centres in the US and in most other countries. In China and in some other parts of the Far East a paper-version of the GRE is administered. In both the computer and paper-based tests the questions types are the same.

Verbal Reasoning 130–170, in 1 point increments
Quantitative Reasoning 130–170, in 1 point increments
Analytical Writing 0–6, in half point increments

Validity:
GRE test scores are valid for five years after the testing year in which you tested
