As I want to shift my enrollment from Gujarat University to Delhi University for MBA course, so tell me from where I have to apply for Transfer Certificate? Do I need to apply for the Transfer Certificate in Gujarat University or some where else?

The Gujarat University was conceived in 1920s in the minds of public-spirited and learned men like Gandhiji, Sardar Patel, Acharya Anandshankar B. Dhruva, Dada Saheb Mavlankar, Kasturbhai Lalbhai and some others.

But, it could come into existence only after the achievement of independence. In 1949, it was incorporated under the Gujarat University Act of the State Government ‘as a teaching and affiliating University’.
