Gauhati University invites application for admission to 3 year regular and lateral entry Master of Computer Application (MCA) every year in month of June -July .

Admission eligibility Criteria
For MCA:
Graduate with minimum 50% Marks or equivalent Grades.

Candidates must have Mathematics in 10+2 level securing atleast pass marks

For MCA Lateral Entry:
Candidates holding :
BCA or BSc(IT) or BSc (CS-Major) or BE/BTech (CSE/IT) degree or 1 year PGDCA from recognized University.

Secure atleast 50% marks or equivalent grades.

PGDCA passed students must have Mathematics in 10+2 level with atleast pass marks.

Selection Procedure :
Selection will be done on the basis of entrance test conducted by the university.
