Hindustan Aeronautics Limited or HAL is inviting the application from the candidates eligible for the post of Management Trainee.

To be Selected as one of the management trainees in HAL you need to pass a written exam first.

Exam Pattern :

Duration of HAL MT Exam :

2 and half hours. The HAL MT test is being conducted online.

HAL Management Trainee online test covers following three parts:

General Awareness- This section consists of 20 questions.
English & Reasoning- This section consist of 40 questions.
Specialization subject (Engineering / Finance / HR) - This section consist of 100 questions.

Pay Scale of HAL MT

Candidates will recruit during the one year training at Rs. 4 to Rs. 4.5 lakhs. After successful completion of the training, HAL offers salary in pay-scale of Rs. 16,400-40,500/-.
