How to obtain scheduled caste certificate in West Bengal? Which documents are required??? In the order to obtain scheduled caste certificate in West Bengal you need to contact your gram panchayat that if you belong to sc/st caste or not, if you do then get your self registered in the sc/st list at the tehsil office of your taluka. Following documents are required: Citizenship Certificate. Voter I card of self or parent(s) Authenticated Voter list of self or parent(s) PAN Card of self or parent(s) Birth Certificate from Competent Authority Caste certificate of parent(s) Any Govt.
