I want to submit fee for admission in 1st Year BA Program at Gujarat University. I want to know that does the Gujarat University give me the Transcript of Fee submission. If I want to submit the fee for BA 1st Year examination through Bank Challan, I have to submit the student copy to the admission office or not? How to get Duplicate Mark-sheet?

Application form (Fee Receipt) is available from Cash Counter (Window No. 20) by paying cash Rs. 50/- per mark-sheet.

After paying the fees of Rs. 50/- at Cash Counter (Room No. 20), the form should be submitted to Room No. 42 with fee receipt.

Students will get the Duplicate Mark-sheet within 1 month from Examination Section (Room No. 42) in person.

How to get Marksheet/Degree Certificate checked?

Institute/Agencies who wish to confirm Marksheet/Degree endorsement issued by Gujarat University, need to submit validated duplicate of Degree authentication and applicable marksheets in the examination area (Room No. 42) of Gujarat University alongside endorsed expenses i.e. Rs. 200/ - per Degree declaration or Rs. 50 for each Marksheet per duplicate.

Institute/Agencies just can send their application expressing walled in areas through post with recommended charges. Expenses can be paid face to face at college office money counter (Window No. 20) or by Demand Draft for "Enlistment center, Gujarat University" payable at Ahmedabad.

The University will send proper reaction inside one month from the receipt of the records to the particular Institute/Agencies specifically by post.
