Yes, you can join Indian army after completion of XII Arts through NDA. NDA -National Defence Academy Exam is conducted by the UPSC.

Educational Qualifications for NDA Exam:

For Army Wing of NDA
Must have passed 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of school Education, or equivalent

For Air Force and Naval Wings of NDA
Must have passed 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of school Education with Physics and Mathematics, or equivalent

Age-limits for NDA Exam:
Age must be in between 16-1/2 - 19 Years

Tentative Schedule (Examination held twice a year)
Notification of Examination October - Novermber & April - May
Conduct of Examination April - May & Sept. - Oct
