How To Reach IIT Bombay From LTT Station
Hello sir, I’m standing at LTT station of Bombay and now I want to reach IIT Bombay campus. Is there any one can tell me how to reach IIT Bombay from LTT Station? IIT Bombay is located at Powai, which is an eastern suburb in the North-Eastern part of Mumbai. Mumbai is in the form of a long narrow island, almost a peninsula, thrusting south wards into the Arabian Sea. It can be broadly divided into four zones. South Bombay (Colaba, CST,Fort, Chruchgate, Nariman Point etc.) Central Bombay (Dadar, Bombay Central, Worli etc) The Western suburbs (Bandra, Juhu, Andheri, Borivali etc) The Eastern Suburbs(Kurla, Chembur, Ghatkopar, Mulund, Kanjur Marg, Vikhroli etc.) If you are getting down at LTT Station at Kurla, take an auto from the stand. Costs around Rs120/- LTT Railway Station to IIT Bombay: Train: From LTT go to Kurla railway station and then board a train towards Thane/Kalyan. Get down at Kanjurmarg station. Bus: No direct bus is available from LTT. Auto/taxi: A taxi may cost you Rs. 150. An auto will cost about Rs. 110. Most autowalas or taxiwalas will not take the shortest route. If it is not peak traffic time, ask them to take via Ghatkopar railway station flyover. Road: The distance via LBS Marg is about 10 km while via Eastern Express Highway is 12.9 km. Here I’m giving you MAP from LTT station to IIT Bombay: (MAP) Last edited by Neelurk; March 18th, 2020 at 11:36 AM. |
