SAP/Oracle/SQL/Exchange/VMware/NDMP Integration with HP Data Protector.
Backup/restoration of Unix/Windows Host
Backup/Restore for SAP/Oracle/SQL/Exchange Database, VMware/NDMP
Configuring/Managing & Troubleshooting Disk Based Backup with HP Data Protector.
Ability to manage Backup infrastructure.
Installation & configuration of HP Data Protector (backup s/w).
Managing Internal Database of HP Data protector.
Managing & Troubleshooting Virtual Tape Library
Managing & Troubleshooting High End and Midrange Tape Libraries
Knowledge of D2D replication
License Management on HP Data Protector
Comfortable in opening case with HP and driving them to closure.
Liaise and work with hardware/software vendors and project groups as required.
Analyze and resolve escalated problems within target. Trouble shooting Backup related problems and alerts monitoring.
Should work with vendor on new trends and measure to cut cost, time and improve productivity.

Lesion with vendor – technically and commercially

Other Skills / Experience

- Worked on Production systems
- Experience with Storage Migration, Installation, Upgrades and Patching
- Datacenter understanding

- Working Knowledge on HPUX OS

Relavant : Minimum 5-8 Years relevant working knowledge of HP DP .
