Visakh Refinery Modernization Project (VRMP)
HPCL Visakh Refinery is proposed for modernization and expansion from the existing 8.33 MMTPA to 15 MMTPA under Visakh Refinery Modernization Project (VRMP) along with fuel quality upgradation to BS-V.
With objective to minimize the bottoms and improve the margins, the proposed configuration considers state-of-the-art bottom up-gradation unit.
