Last Date for Receipt of Applications: - 16.06.2014 (Monday)
Date of Commencement of Exam: - 24.08.2014 (Sunday)
Duration of Exam: - 1 Day

Civil Services (Main) Exam. 2014
Date of Commencement of Exam: - 14.12.2014 (Sunday)
Last Date for Receipt of Applications: - 5 Days

Eligibility:
-Must be citizen of India
- Minimum age must be 21 years (all categories)
- Maximum age should be 32 years (general category), 35 years (OBC), 37 years (SC and ST) & 5 years exemption on upper limit for ex-Servicemen
- Should possess degree from a university recognised by UGC

General Studies Paper I
Maximum marks : 200
Number of Questions : 100
Total Time : 120 minutes (02 hours)

3. Indian and World Geography
4. Indian Polity and governance
5. Economic and social development
6. General issues on environmental ecology, bio-diversity and climate change
7. General Science

General Studies Paper II
Maximum marks : 200

Total Time : 120 minutes (02 hours)

1. Comprehension
2. Interpersonal skills which include communication skills
3. Logical reasoning & analytical ability
4. Decision making & problem solving
5. General mental ability
6. Basic numeracy
