Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is conducting Common Written Examination (CWE PO/MT) for the recruitment of Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee vacancies in Public Sector Banks which will be conducted online. IBPS CWE PO/MT Eligibility Criteria- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized Age limit: Candidates minimum age limit is 20 years and maximum 30 years as Relaxation of Upper age limit: Category Age relaxation Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe 5 years Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) 3 years Persons With Disabilities 10 years Ex-Servicemen, Commissioned Officers including Emergency Commissioned Officers (ECOs)/Short Service Commissioned Officers (SSCOs) who have rendered at least 5 years military service and have been released on completion of assignment (including those whose assignment is due to be completed within the stipulated time) otherwise than by way of dismissal or discharge on account of misconduct or inefficiency or physical disability attributable to military service or invalidment 5 years Persons ordinarily domiciled in the state of Jammu & Kashmir during the period 1-1-80 to 31-12-89 5 years Persons affected by 1984 riots 5 years Nationality/Citizenship: A candidate must be either - (i) a Citizen of India or (ii) a subject of Nepal or (iii) a subject of Bhutan or (iv) a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or (v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person inwhose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India. |

You should be aware of the exam pattern and the syllabus for IBPS PO preparation. Knowing the syllabus and exam pattern will help you to understand the paper easily in the exam.

Hi, As per the IBPS PO Eligibility Criteria, the candidates must be eligible on the following conditions - 1. He/she should belong to the Nationality of any of the following - India. Nepal, Bhutan, A Tibetan Refugee, A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India. 2. The candidates must have passed any Graduation Degree from a recognized Indian University. 3. The minimum age limit is 20 years & maximum age limit is 30 years for IBPS PO. 4. Age Relaxation Benefits are as follows - (i). Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe - 5 Years (ii). Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) -3 Years (iii). Persons With Disabilities 10 Years (iv). Ex-Servicemen - 5 Years (v). Persons ordinarily domiciled in the state of Jammu & Kashmir during the period 1-1-80 to 31-12-89 - 5 Years (vi). Persons affected by 1984 riots - 5 Years That's all. |

IBPS has released the notification for the IBPS PO 2017 exam recruitment and the candidates who want to make a career in the banking sector can apply for the exam before the last date which is 5 September. There are some eligibility criteria that candidates should check before applying for the exam. Educational Qualification: Candidates who have completed graduation degree in any stream from recognized university are eligible to apply for the IBPS PO 2017 exam. Age-Limit: Candidates of the age limit from 20 years to the 30 years can apply for the exam. There is age relaxation for the reserved category as per the gov. norms. Nationality: Candidates who want to apply for IBPS PO exam should have the Indian nationality and if belongs to other countries or migrated than should have proper certificates of the Indian nationality. |
