As you want to know the Qualifying marks for IBPS Specialist Officer interview

Qualifying marks for interview:

Candidates please note the total marks allotted for interview are 100.

The bare minimum qualifying marks in interview will not be less than 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates).

The weight age (ratio) of Online CWE (exam) and interview will be 80:20.

The mutual final scores of candidates shall be arrived at on the foundation of total scores obtained by the 7 candidates in CWE (SPL-IV) and Interview.

Interview score of the candidates failing to secure minimum qualifying marks or or else barred from the interview or further process shall not be disclosed.

Here is List of documents to be produced at the time of interview:

The following documents have to be produced in original together with a self attested photocopy in support of the candidate's eligibility and individuality are to be habitually submitted at the time of interview failing which the candidate may not be permitted to come into view for the interview.

1. Printout of the valid interview call letter

2. Valid system generated printout of the online application form registered for CWE SPL-IV

3. Proof of date of birth (Birth Certificate or SSLC/Standard X Certificate with DOB)

4. Photo identify proof

5. Mark sheets and certificates for educational qualifications. Proper document from Board / University for having confirmed the result on or before December 9, 2014 has to be submitted.

6. Caste certificate issued by competent authority in the prescribed format as stipulated by Government of India in case of SC/ST/OBC category candidates.

7. In case of candidates belonging to OBC category, certificate should specifically contain a clause that the candidate does not belong to velvety layer section excluded from the benefits of reservation for Other Backward Classes in Civil post & services under Government of India.

8. Candidates belonging to OBC category but coming under smooth layer and/or if their caste does not find place in the Central List are not entitled to OBC reservation. They should indicate their category as General in the online application form.

9. Disability certificate in arranged format issued by the District Medical Board in case of Persons with Disability category.

10. An Ex-serviceman candidate has to manufacture a copy of the discharge Certificate/pension payment order and documentary proof of rank last / presently held (substantive as well as acting) at the time of interview.

11. Candidates serving in government/quasi government offices/Public Sector Undertakings (including Nationalized Banks and Financial Institutions) are necessary to produce a "No Objection certificate" from their employer at the time of interview, in the absence of which their candidature will not be measured and traveling expenses, if any, otherwise admissible, will not be paid.
