Open website of TSICET.

At mid of page you get applications section.
Under that section click on apply online link .(this link available only at the time when application process open)
At next page click on Click here to pay online using your Debit / Credit card button at bottom side of page.
Then click on :
Proceed To Pay the Fee Through Payment Gateway Using Credit Card / Debit Card button .
At next page provide detail for payment of fees and make payment .
