The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), New Delhi, the peak body in India for the detailing, coordination and advancement of biomedical research, is one of the most established medicinal research bodies on the planet.

The ICMR has constantly endeavored to deliver itself to the developing requests of logical advances in biomedical research from one viewpoint, and to the need of finding viable answers for the medical issues of the nation, on the other. The ICMR has made some amazing progress from the days when it was known as the IRFA, yet the Council is aware of the way that despite everything it has a long way to go in quest for logical accomplishments and wellbeing targets.
