Job Description

To formulate policies and provide strategic direction in HR including organizational
structure and manpower assessment. Illustrative list of such area would include among others,
Overview of Development of Human Resources in the Bank including Business
Process Change.
To oversee and monitor an appropriate Performance Management System (PMS) &
Talent Retention through annual appraisal functions, career progression based on
objective assessments to fulfill the business requirements and as a means to motivate
talent & enhancing productivity.
HR management through extensive leverage of data analytics.
To identify capacity building requirements.
Skill Assessment and development Formulate Coaching and mentoring program
Manpower Planning and allocation of Manpower Resources.


Eligibility Criteria

Age Not more than 63 years as on the cut-off date

Education Qualification

(ii) Experience Experience in handling Human Resources of the organization at a
senior level, out of total experience at least 25 years are in banking
sector. Exposure to manpower planning/budgeting, preparation of
policies, guidelines and implementation thereof as in the job
description above.
Selection Procedure

Selection process will consist o f Personal Interaction (PI) before the selection committee. The Bank will undertake a preliminary screening of the application for preparing, if necessary, a shortlist of eligible applicants to be called for PI and decision of the Bank in this regard shall be final.
