IDBI Withdrawal Form

Hi I would like to have the information about surrendering the IDBI Life Insurance Policy as well as the documents required and also the contact detils for the same?

Regardless if the Insured/Policy Holder might want to Surrender/Cancel your Life Insurance approach, or influence an incomplete withdrawal from the strategy to finance, at that point beneath given strategies should be taken after:-

Incomplete Withdrawal: Reason for Partial Withdrawal alongside the Payout frame should be submitted at the closest IDBI Federal Life Insurance Branch alongside the records recorded underneath:-

Documents Required:

Unique Policy Documents,

Duplicate of CI or YPD submitted for withdrawal ask for (convey unique for confirmation from branch)

Scratched off Check of the Insured's Name

On the off chance that the wiped out check does not have pre-printed name and record number or New Account is said on the check, pass book duplicate/bank articulation having pre-printed name and record number is required.

3. Branch: The customer can contact the local IDBI Federal Branch
4. Partner’s Branch: The customer can contact the nearest IDBI Bank or Federal Bank branch to forward the grievance to IDBI Federal.
5. Customer may send a letter to: IDBI Federal Life Insurance Co Ltd, Trade view, Oasis complex, Kamala City, P. B. Marg, Lower Parel ( West) Mumbai 400 013.
