Hi I would like to have the information about the IELTS 9-band scale as well as the details of the IELTS band scores explained?

IELTS band scores explained

Scores for each of the four sections are similarly weighted. The general band scores are ascertained by taking the mean of the aggregate of the scores of the four individual parts.
