Hi I would like to have the information about ONGC Graduate Trainee Examination Pattern as well as the lists of the books one can refer for the different sections of the Examination?

In its enlistment notice, ONGC has not explained much on what might be the example of the ONGC GT Exam other than simply indicating that:

1.0 The exam paper would be of Objective sort (i.e. Various Choice Questions).

2.0 The exam paper would comprise of three segments:

i) General Awareness test section– normal to all.

ii) Specialization subject test area – particular to your subject.

iii) Aptitude test section– basic to all, containing question from taking after territories:

a) Comprehension.

b) Reasoning (Verbal/Non-verbal).

c) Numerical Ability/Quantitative Aptitude.

d) Data Interpretation.

3.0 Duration for ONGC GT Exam is 3 hours.
