Unfortunately, IGNOU says that of the 4,17,000 or so candidates, it has deralced results of around 90 percent. This means a whooping 40000 students are still awaiting their results. So for those whose results are delayed, date of declaration of results mean nothing. IGNOU should investigate the reasons for such a huge number of pending results and take corrective measures.
