B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration under IGNOU

The Bachelor of Science programme in Hospitality and Hotel Administration is offered by the National Council and the Indira Gandhi National Open University.

The Three - Year Programme equips trainees with the required skills, knowledge and attitude to efficiently discharge supervisory responsibilities in the hospitality sector.

Duration - 3 yrs. (three)

Eligibility Criteria-

Pass in 10+2 system of Senior Secondary School examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board/Institution with English as one of the subjects.

Those appearing in qualifying exam can also appear in JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) on provisional basis.

Age limit:

Not more than 22 years for GEN/OBC/PH category candidates and 25 years for ST/SC category candidates as on 1st July of admission year.

Physical Fitness:

All qualified candidates will have to submit a certificate of physical fitness from a Registered Medical Practitioner in the prescribed format given in the Information Brochure.

Admission at the allotted Institute will be granted only if the candidate is declared physically fit for pursuing the course of study.
