International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad (IIITH) is an autonomous university and has evolved strong research programmes in various areas.

It conducts institutional level counselling for admission to its B.Tech and Dual Degree programmes.

IIIT Hyderabad offers B.Tech in two specializations namely:

Computer Science
Electronics and Communications Engineering.

Admission criteria for B.tech:

Eligibility –
Students with an aggregate of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths in 12th class are eligible to apply for B.Tech.

IIITH B.Tech Admission Process

Admission in B.Tech can be done on the basis of the entrance test followed by interviews. Final Selection will be done on the basis of interview performance only. The entrance tests are:
