The candidates for admission in Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) Program in IIM Ranchi will be short listed on the basis of CAT performance, work experience and Bachelor’s Degree. The weights given to these factors are shared below. Shortlist Factor Weight CAT 75% Bachelor’s Degree 15% Work Experience 10% Bachelor’s Degree as per the disciplines Bachelor’s Degree Rating Score Law, Sociology, Psychology 15 Engineering/Technology 10 Agricultural Engineering, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Science/Technology 7 Hotel & Tourism Management, Food Technology, Forestry, Horticulture, Fisheries 7 Medicine/Dentistry, Pharmacology/Pharmacy, Rural Studies, Science, Veterinary Science, Architecture 7 Arts/Humanities (other than Sociology, psychology), Education, Management 6 CA, Commerce/Economics, Company Secretary Ship, Cost and Works Accountancy 5 Work Experience Work Experience Rating Score If work experience > 10 Else 0 One has to fill an online form in the IIM Ranchi website which will be used for further evaluation. PI and WAT Process The PI-WAT rounds will be conducted in 5 cities across India, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai and Bangalore. IIM Kashipur would be conducting the Common Admission Process (CAP) for the new IIMs. Final Selection Procedure The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the performance in CAT, WAT-PI rounds and profile.
