The Department of Earth & Space Sciences of IIST is Organized its Annual Astronomy & Astrophysics School from December 7 - 16, 2015

The School is Meant to acquaint students with the basics of astrophysics.

The lectures will be at a fundamental level with introductions to more advanced topics.

There will also be hands-on astronomical data analysis sessions.

Students Belonging to any of the Following Categories are Eligible to Apply for the School

M Sc Physics - First or Second Year
Integrated MS (Physics) - Fourth Year
B.Tech (Engineering Physics) - Fourth year
