Candidates with first class or 60% (55% marks for SC/ST) marks in B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engineering)

Selection criteria
Admissions are done on the basis of score in GATE followed by counseling
For IIT graduates, admissions are made under TA/RA positions through written test and/or interview
