Executive MBA program is offered jointly by Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management (SJMSOM) at the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay and Washington University in St. Louis The Executive MBA program is the only one in the world to confer a degree from both an Indian and an American university. Executive MBA program The program is modeled after Washington University's internationally recognized sister programs in the U.S. and China. The joint Executive MBA program with Fudan University in Shanghai is ranked No. 6 in the world by the Financial Times. The 18-month program, begins July 2017 The program ends with a two-week capstone experience at Washington University in St. Louis. Criteria for admission- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an institution of higher education, Good proficiency of spoken and written English, Functional computer skills, Minimum of seven years’ work experience including five years’ managerial experience or equivalent, Recommended by their employer with a commitment of employer sponsorship, or self-employed with an ability to pay applicable tuition and fees; Satisfactory performance in a structured admissions interview focused on leadership and teamwork experience and potential. Requirements - Copies of your degree certificate(s) and mark sheets. Official documents should be brought with you to your admission interview. A commitment letter from your organization Two Recommendation for Admission Forms Proficiency in English as measured by admission interview performance and/or valid TOEFL/IELTS scores Program Costs- The cost for IIT Bombay-Washington University Executive MBA Program offered in Mumbai (starting July 2016) is Rs. 36,00,000 (Rs. 36 lakhs). Meals, textbooks, tutoring assistance, study materials, parking, and lodging for class weekends and for international residency are included in the program cost. In addition, you are responsible for all your transportation costs, including airfare for the International Management Residency at Washington University in St. Louis in the United States. You are also required to purchase a laptop if you don’t already have one prior to starting the program.
