The Central Library is housed in a separate building and caters to the information needs of the institute faculty, students, staff, research institutions & industries

The Central Library Enrolls the following types of members: The Detailed information and Smart Card Application forms are available at Membership Counter which need to be verified by the Deputy Registrar (Admin) for staff/faculty and Deputy Registrar (Academic) for students.

The Library Provides Various Services for its Members Such as
Lending of books and journal back volumes,
Reservation of books,
Inter-library loan,
Document delivery,
Photocopying,
DTP & offset printing,
CDROM and Internet services & video screening

Library Working Hours are from 9 A.M. to 11 P.M.

On weekdays and 9 A.M. to 5.30 P.M

On Saturdays, Sundays & holidays

It is closed for 7 days in a year as per the institute's list of holidays.
