To be eligible for admission in M.Tech program offered by IITD the candidate (GATE Qualified) should have done B.E./B.Tech or equivalent with at least 75% marks or 8.5 CGPA on a 10-poin scale.

The candidate who have not qualify GATE exam should have secured at least 60% marks or 6.75 CGPA on a 10-poin scale. They are required to give admission test.
