IIT JEE Exam Eligibility criteria
What is the minimum eligibility required to appear for IIT-JEE Main Exam?? JEE Main is the first stage of the IIT Joint entrance Examination (JEE) for admission in engineering courses JEE Main Eligibility Criteria -- Pass Percentage in Qualifying Examination: -Must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in total including all subjects -Must have studied Physics, Mathematics as compulsory subjects Date of Birth: -Must have born on or after October 1, 1989 - Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST/PwD Candidates List of Qualifying Exams that are considered for JEE Main Exam --- - 10+2 Exam conducted by any recognized central/ state Board -Intermediate or two-year Pre-University examination conducted by a recognized Board/ University. -Institute of Open Schooling with a minimum of five subjects. -Diploma recognized by AICTE or a state board of technical education of at least 3 year duration. -Final examination of the two-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the National Defence Academy. -Public School/ Board/ University examination in India or in any foreign country recognized as equivalent to the 10+2 system by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). -High School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma of the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva.
