IIT Kanpur offers summer training program under the Summer Undergraduate Research Grant for Excellence (SURGE) program.

You are in 2nd year of the B.Tech program so you are not eligible for summer program of the IIT Kanpur after completing 3rd year of the B.Tech program you will be eligible for the program.


Eligible candidate for summer training program :
B.Tech/BE (3rd year completed),
B.Tech-M.Tech Dual Degree (3rd completed,4th year completed)
M.Sc.Integrated (3rd completed,4th year completed)
BSc./BA (3rd year completed)
M.Sc./MA (1st year completed)
M.Tech (1st year completed)
M.Des (1st year completed)
BBA (3rd year completed)
MBA (1st year completed)

Eligibility for only candidate of the IITK :

B.Tech (2nd, 3rd year),
B.Tech-M.Tech Dual Degree (2nd, 3rd ),
M.Sc. (Integrated) 2nd, 3rd year
M.Sc. (2yr) 1st year
