Sorry to say you but the IIT Kharagpur is offering engineering degree. There is no Hindi education is provided at IIT Kharagpur.

The Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur is a public engineering institution established by the government of India in 1951.

It is the first of the IITs to be established, and is recognized as an Institute of National Importance by the Government of India.

But at institute A Hindi monthly newsletter Awaaz is also published by another independent student body.
