IIT Delhi M.Tech Eligibility Criteria -

B.E./B.Tech/ M.Sc or equivalent with 75% marks or 8.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale.

Applicants must have secured a GATE 2017/2016 score equal to or more than 300.

Relaxation for SC/ST/PH relaxation can be from 60% to 55% (6.75 to 6.25) and GATE score requirement from 200 to 300.

Those, who have cleared AMIE or Grad. IETE qualifications, may also be considered for admissions on the basis of their performance in AMIE/Grad IETE. They are required to complete 24 valid undergraduate credits specified by the concerned DRC/CRC/PEC, and must have valid GATE scores.

Candidates, who have completed B.Tech from IITs with a CGPA of 8.0 or above, need not appear for GATE.

IIT Delhi M.Tech Selection Procedure

Candidates will be given admissions on the basis of their performance in GATE 2017/2016.

They may further be required to appear for a written test and a personal interview, which is scheduled for second week of May to second week of June.
