Well the Institute of Management Development and Research in Pune, India, is the oldest management institution in Pune

PGDM is primarily an entry-level qualification for a management career.

This is Initial Education which provides the conceptual structure of the organised body of knowledge in Management Studies.

PGDM Eligibility

Graduates from any discipline with or without work experience are eligible to apply for admission to this programme,

You should have obtained not less than 50% marks at graduation.

Final year graduate students are eligible, provided they scored not less than 50% marks at the immediately preceding examination.

Way of Admission

CAT,MAT, C-MAT,XAT,MH-CET,ATMA scores are accepted.

Average package is 4.8 lpa and about 50 companies have visited the campus.

Candidates will have to undergo GW/PI after applying. The GW/PI will be held sometime in March/April.Based on which final selection will be done. There will be no admissions through CAP.


The tentative fees for PGDM 2016-18 are 1.75 lakhs per year.
