TCDM is a gathering for discrete arithmetic specialists from Taiwan and India to grandstand the late advances in their individual fields of study. The meeting additionally means to give enrolled members presentation to new roads of research and an opportunity to interface with subject specialists. Since its initiation in 2009, the ITCDM has occurred once like clockwork, facilitated on the other hand in Taiwan and in India. The 2015 version of ITCDM will occur at the ICSR Auditorium, Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Chennai, India, from 10 to 13 July, 2015.

The gathering will have talks in five streams: Graph Algorithms, Graph Coloring, Combinatorics, Algebraic Graph Theory, Coding/Design Theory and an exceptional session.

In order to profit the instructors and research understudies from universities in India and specifically from around Chennai, we are making the greater part of the discussions interpretive in nature.
