Here I am providing you with the information about the overseas bank loan against property.

Eligibility for loan:-
A person should have his own commercial or residential property
Property which has been rented out to someone like other person institutes etc
He Should also have a lease agreement for letting out/leasing of the property

Loan amount
Maximum of 75% of the receivable rent for the un expired period of lease or tenancy after deductions for TDS and the advance rent received.
