Can you tell me in detail about the Green Belt Training Program on Six Sigma Methodology 2017 to be held in Indian Statistical Institute?

The Indian Statistical Institute is a quasi central organization under the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MOSPI).

Green Belt Training Program on Six Sigma Methodology will be held during April 7-9 and 15-16, 2017 conducted by SQC & OR Unit Indian Statistical Institute.

Six Sigma Methodology lays great emphasis on processes, but it recognizes people as assets. Green Belts are the team members of all improvement projects taken up within an organisation. Generally issues within function/departments are solved by the Green Belts.

Program Requirements:

Acquiring knowledge and demonstrating abilities to resolve live problem using Six Sigma approach.

Participants have to undergo class work followed by examinations.

Target Participants:

Engineers/Managers/Executives from any functions, having any degree with working knowledge of data handling using MS EXCEL

Faculty:

Experienced faculty from Indian Statistical Institute

• Course fee: Rs. 25000 + 15% Service Tax (as per Govt. Rules) per participant
