Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University conduct the common entrance exam (CET) for admission in engineering courses.

Important Dates for IPU CET 2015 Engineering Entrance Exam

Candidates can submit IPU CET 2015 application form – engineering till April 7, 2015.
The result of IPU CET engineering entrance exam will be declared by May 26, 2015

Eligibility Criteria:

B.Tech
Applicant needs to pass in 12th Class of 10+2 pattern of CBSE or equivalent with a at least aggregate of 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry in each subject separately. Candidate need to pass in English as one of subject in class 12th.

B.Tech in Biotech

Applicant needs to pass in 12th Class of 10+2 pattern of CBSE or equivalent with a at least aggregate of 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Biotechnology in each subject separately. Candidate need to pass in English as one of subject in class 12th.

Age Criteria:
Candidate age should not exceed 21 years.

Date, Day and Time of CET 2015: 16.05.2015 (Saturday) 2:00 – 4:30 p.m.
Date and Day of Declaration of Result: 26.05.2015 (Tuesday)

B. Tech

Date, Day and Time of CET 2015: 17.05.2015 (Sunday) 2:00-4:30 p.m.
Date and Day of Declaration of Result: 26.05.2015 (Tuesday)

Exam pattern:

B.Tech. HBT

(i) Physics-(25%),
(ii) Chemistry-(25%) and
(iii) Biology (Botany and Zoology) or Biotechnology -(50%)

B. Tech
(i) Physics-(33.33%),
(ii) Chemistry-(33.33%) and
(iii) Mathematics-(33.33%)
