NG Vysya Bank has joined hands with Manipal Global Education for the ING Young Bankers Program (IYBP).

Program Offered

The Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Operations and Finance (PGDBOF) offered to the ING Vysya Young Bankers is of one year duration.

The first 9 months are spent on campus – learning the concepts and applications.

The last 3 months comprise of an internship wherein the young bankers are put in one of the ING Vysya Bank branches across the country.

Course Fees:

The Course fees is 3.30 lakhs + applicable service tax. This amount covers course fees, course material, boarding and lodging during the nine months on-campus period but does not include any out-of-pocket expenses.

Salary:

On successful completion of the course you would be absorbed as a Customer Care Manager or equivalent role with a gross CTC (cost to company) of Rs. 3.45 lakhs per annum. (Rs 3 lakhs is fixed plus an indicative variable pay upto Rs 45,000)

Posting:

The final posting location will be as per the needs and business requirements of the Bank.

Certification:
Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Operations and Finance (PGDBOF) issued by Manipal University - will be conferred on the Trainee on his/ her successful completion of the program.
