Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Bhubaneswar is the metamorphosis of Food Craft institute and it was foudned in the year 1973.

This Institute is jointly sponsored by Government of India and Government of Orissa. It is affiliated to the National Council for Hotel Management, New Delhi, which is apex body to control and conduct examination.

Fee Structure:

1st Term: Rs. 44,250/-

HOSTEL FEES PER ANNUM:
For Boys: Rs. 28,500 per annum
For Girls: Rs. 32,000 per annum

Uniforms:
For Boys: Rs. 4500.00
For Girls: Rs.3000/- (for Saree ) + Rs.3300/- (for Uniform) = Rs. 6300.00

N.B: Total fees for Boys including Hostel - Rs. 36,500/- ( Rs. 28,500/- paid in the shape of Draft / Cash & rest of amount i.e. Rs.8,000/- paid in Cash)

Total fees for Boys without Hostel i.e. Rs. 8,000/ - (Paid in Cash)

Total fees for Girls including Hostel - Rs. 41,800/- ( Rs. 32,000/- paid in the shape of Draft / Cash & rest of amount i.e. Rs. 9,800/ - paid in Cash)

Total fees for Girls without Hostel i.e. Rs. 9,800 / - (Paid in Cash)
