Institute Of Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Management and Research offers Executive Post-Graduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Management (PGDPM), following are the details of admission in this program:

Eligibility
The applicant should be Graduate in Science, Technology, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology and allied subjects.

Admission procedure
The admission will be based on written test, group discussion and interview conducted at the premises of IPHMR in Kolkata.

Last date of submission of Application Form : 22nd July, 2013

Documents required at the time of admission:
Self attested copy of H.S. / equivalent examination Certificate and Mark sheet.
Self attested copy of Graduate/Post-graduate Degree Certificate and Mark sheet.
Self attested copy of School Leaving Certificate and Mark sheet. Passport size photograph duly signed affixed across the space provided in the application form.
Four additional copies of such signed passport size photographs.
Proof of Residence ( Voter ID Card / Passport ).
