IRDA Complaint Call Center

Hi I would like to have the contact number of the IRDA Complaint Call Centre as well as the process to file a complaint with IRDA?

The Grievance Redressal Cell of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority investigates dissensions from policyholders. Objections against Life and Non-life guarantors are taken care of independently. This Cell assumes a facilitative part by bringing up dissensions with the particular back up plans.

Policyholders who have objections against safety net providers are required to first approach the Grievance/Customer Complaints Cell of the concerned back up plan. In the event that they don't get a reaction from insurer(s) inside a sensible timeframe or are disappointed with the reaction of the organization, they may approach the Grievance Cell of the IRDA.
