Human Resource Development Division (HRDD) well standard function in all ISRO centres

HRDD at each centre is entrusted with designed development of human resources through Training & Development.

It is isolated from administrative functions like recruitment, general administration, et al.

In fact, SAC is pioneer in conceiving HR function at ISRO by constituting Organisational Development & Training Cell (ODTC) way back in early 1970 at SAC.
