I am telling you the process to get the online Application form of Birth Certificate of Jammu Municipal Corporation JMC.

Follow the process-

Go to the official website of Jammu Municipal Corporation JMC

Then click on “E-Governance” and then “Online Birth Certificate”

Then a new page will open

Tick mark on yes and then click on ok




on this page enter the details and then click on Apply.

Then you will get the online application form of Birth Certificate.

Fill all the details in the form and then click on submit button.
