Is B.Ed. degree offered by Jammu University governed under NCTE act or not???

Jammu University is accredited by NAAC and is certified by ISO. However, it is not approved by National Council for Teacher Education [NCTE]for the B.Ed program

Well B.Ed degree of jammu University will not create ant obstacle just if one is seeking for Teachers job in a Government School one must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the Bachelors degree program if the B.Ed program is not approved by the NCTE.

But in case the B.Ed program is approved by the NCTE, candidate will be eligible with 45% marks.

Apart from there won't be much obstacles on your way to getting jobs in State or Central government organizations given you put in all the required efforts to pursue the program.
