JCECE Post ā Graduate Medical Admission Test PGMAT is conducted by Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) for admission in post graduate medical courses. The JCECEB PGMAT 2016 was conducted on 7th Feb, 2016. Eligibility Criteria- Candidates must have passed the MBBS course from any Medical College of Jharkhand State Must have completed one year Rotatory Internship or are likely to complete it by 31st March 2016 Age Limit: There is no upper age limit for appearing the exam. Fee Details- For General /BC-I /BC-II Candidates - Rs.2500/- For SC/ST Candidate - Rs.1800/- Candidates may remit the fee through Demand Draft in favour of Controller of Examination, JCECEB payable at Ranchi. Jharkhand PGMAT Exam Pattern: The Question Papers for the Examination shall be of MBBS standard and cover all the subjects of MBBS Course. Question will be Objective in nature and candidates have to choose the correct answer from four options. The Question Paper will be set in English language only. A total of 250 MCQs will be asked. Here is the breakdown of the Question paper. Pre & Para Clinical Subjects will have 100 Questions from the below mentioned topics Anatomy Physiology + Biophysics Biochemistry Pathology Microbiology Pharmacology Preventive & Social Medicine Forensic Medicine and Toxicology Clinical Subjects will have 150 questions from the topics given below: Medicine including Pediatrics / Dermatology, STD & leprosy and Psychiatry Surgery including orthopedics & other sub Specialties Ophthalmology Otorhinolaryngology Obstetrics & Gynecology |
