1– Admit card, Result, Rank card of Entrance Exam
2– 10th or12th Marksheet and Certificate
3– Domicile Certificate
4– Caste Certificate
5– Income Certificate (Not Compulsory)
6– ID Proof (Ration Card, Bank Passbook, Voter Card, DL Etc).
7– Medical Fitness Certificate
8– Passport size Photograph
9. Character Certificate (Not Compulsory)
10. Counseling Fees Deposit Slip

Counselling fee
Applicants are required to pay requisite fee for 1st Phase of First Counseling at any Branch of specified Bank.

Aspirants are not required to pay Security money of Rs. 3,000/- which was submitted in Private Polytechnic Institutions

Registration process
The candidates shall have to undergo the following five phases for the selection :

Phase 1 : Registration

Phase 2 : e-challan

Phase 3 : Entrance Test

Phase 4 : To fill choice for Institution and Course

Phase 5 : Locking of the Choice
