JIPMER Old Question Papers Download

I am doing MBBS from JIPMER. Now I will appear in the Examination of 3rd Semester in next month. So please tell me from where I can download old question papers of MBBS 3rd Semester? Also suggest me can I get good grades in Examination of JIPMER to solve only question papers?
