The Department Of Management Studies Kannur University offers MBA program of duration 2 years.

MBA programme

The MBA programme (full time credit semester) of the department is for the duration of two years spread over four semesters.

The department offers specialization in six streams: Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Productions & Operations Management, Small Business Management and Information technology.

Duration – 2 years

Admission Eligibility-

A pass in any bachelor’s degree examination in Arts, Science, Commerce, Management, Law, Engineering, Medicine, Agriculture etc. with minimum 50 % marks in aggregate of this University or any other Indian or Foreign University duly recognized by the Kannur University as equivalent thereto.

Candidates belonging to the other backward communities are eligible for a concession of 5 percent marks in the qualifying examination.

Admission Procedure-

Admission is on the basis of merit as determined by the weighted scores obtained by the candidate in the entrance test, group discussion and interview.

Entrance Test

Management Aptitude Tests are to judge the skill of the candidate pertaining to knowledge of English language, quantitative aptitude, general knowledge, general aptitude and data interpretation ability.

The scores such as CAT/C-MAT/MAT/ KMAT will be considered for admission.

University will not be conducting any Entrance Test.
