Housing Loan Scheme (VikasGriha):

Purpose:

Construction/ Repair and Renovation of House / Purchase of house

Eligibility:

For Salaried 72 times gross Monthly salary or 80% of the project cost

(EMI due. Should not exceed 50% of Gross Annual Income during preceding year)

For others – 5 times annual income -Max-25.00 lakh under Priority Sector.

Applicant should be major and not more than 55 years of age

Quantum of Loan:

80 % of cost, i.e. Margin = 20%-construction

Security :

Mortgage of Property& Surety

Repayment :

Up to 25 years or 70 years of age (Payment through EMIs).
