B.Sc.-M Sc. (Integrated) Climate Change Adaptation Program

The M.Sc. (Integrated) Climate Change Adaptation Programme offered by Kerala Agricultural University was started in 2010 and is offered at ACCER, Main campus, Thrissur.

The course envisaged to be of high standard, conducted in multi institutional mode, making use of the manpower and facilities of various reputed institutions in the relevant field.

It provides plenty chance for the students to know the processes and activities that sway climate analyze and read the risks and opportunities associated with climate and climate change and make recommendations of future adaptation and mitigation strategies

It provides an incorporated approach to the analysis of climate change in the context of agriculture and environmental management. The interface of the atmosphere with the other components of the Earth system, and the economic and policy issues associated with climate change, sustainability, agricultural productivity and food security are central concerns in the response to climate variability and future climate change.

Eligibility

Minimum eligibility is a pass in +2 (with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Maths) exam or equivalent with 60% marks in aggregate for general category and 50% marks for SC/ST
